KETOGENIC DIET
The diet is based on a few principles.
- Carbohydrates are useful but not essential for day to day activies
- You eat fat to lose fat
- Insulin spikes tend to limit fat loss
- Reduce insulin spikes by severely restricting carbohydrates and even protein to certain times and quantities
